Why "Magnolia"
The magnolia was our founder's grandmother's favorite. It's a small detail, but it's the point: this is a Georgia business, built by someone from here, for the homes around here.
Magnolia Cleaning Co. is veteran owned, founded by an Air Force veteran living right here in Sugar Hill.

Questions we get asked
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home, how many bathrooms it has, and its current condition. A first deep clean on a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home starts around $330, and new customers get 25% off that first clean. Recurring visits after that cost less per visit. Quotes are free.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many clients hand off a key or give us a lockbox code, and the entry details go only to the cleaner assigned to your home that day. Nothing gets passed around. You are welcome to be home if you would rather, whatever is easiest for you.
Do I need to tidy up before you come?
No. If there are things on the counters, your cleaner will set them in a bin, clean underneath, and put them back. Nothing gets thrown out or reorganized. We clean, we do not tidy, so your house does not need to be ready for us.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is personally interviewed, completes a paid test clean, and passes a background check before they are ever sent to a client's home.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you would prefer we use specific products in your home, tell us and we will pass it along.
What is included in a deep clean?
Kitchen: counters, cabinet fronts, inside the microwave, appliance exteriors, sink, backsplash and floors. Bathrooms: tub and shower scrubbed, buildup and grout, toilet, sink, mirrors, baseboards and floors. Bedrooms and living areas: dusting throughout including baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans and light fixtures, cobwebs, glass, vacuuming and mopping.
Do you require a contract?
No contract. Recurring plans can be paused or canceled whenever you need, and a one-time clean is exactly that.
